4. The Club may become a member of local or foreign organistions with similar goals and a scope of interest.
6. The Club bases on a welfare work of its members.
7. The aim of the Club is supporting the professional and amateur musical life in Poland by promotion of musical art and culture; developing the opera-related education and cultural consciousness of its members; promoting an artistical activity of young people.
8. The Club realizes its aims by cooperating with state, social and professional institutions; organizing meetings, seminars, discussions, concerts, competitions; organizing educational meetings; initiating and supporting amateur organisations; publishing opera-related materials; cooperating with other cultural organisations; promotion of opera art by publications, radio, television and other media.
10. Any Polish or foreign person can become a member of the Club by signing a member declaration.
14. Members of the Club are entitled to vote and be elected to its authorities; to use any facilities and participate in any meetings, seminars and other activities organised by Club.
15. Members of the Club should observe articles of this statute, participate actively in Club's life, pay the member fees regularly.
17. The authorities of the Club consists of: General Meeting of all members, the board of trustees (5 persons), the board of control (3 persons) and the arbitration board (3 persons).
18. All members of authorities are elected by General Meeting every four years.
19. The most important authority of the Club is the General Meeting. It is organised every two years.
24. The board of trustees represents the Club in any official contacts; manages the current activity and finances of the Club. The board elects from its members the president, secretary and treasurer of the Club.
30. The board of control watches on proper use of Club's financial resources and a conformity of Club's activities with its statute.
36. The Club's finances are based on members' fees, donations, grants and an income from the Club's activities.
